v1.6.23: Add ToDo from any computer


๏  Update Divide ToDo to version 1.6.23 (or later).
๏  Make sure you have at least one email account configured on your iPhone/iPod Touch
.
๏  On any computer go to www.DivideToDo.com and click on “Add ToDo” link.
๏  Or go directly to dividetodo.com/add
๏  Enter your ToDo. Use email address that you can access from your iPhone/iPod Touch.
๏  Open your email on iPhone/iPod touch.
๏  Find email from “Divide Add Service” (you may have to check your Spam folder) and tap Accept.
๏  Divide ToDo app will open and new ToDo will be shown to you in “Import ToDo” dialog.
๏  Examine ToDo for correctness and tap Save to save it or Cancel to discard it.

๏  Of cause you can send ToDos to anyone who has Divide ToDo app, not just yourself !!!



v1.5.22: Email ToDos


๏  Email single ToDo.
๏  Email single ToDo.
๏  Email ToDo List.
๏  Email entire ToDo Stacks.

Other improvements:
๏  Keyboard appears instantly when creating new ToDo or Dividing a ToDo.




v1.4.20: Customer requests


๏  Bring ToDo back from Archive (Re-Activate). Click Action button on Archive screen that has replaced Delete All button.
๏  Manually reorder ToDos on main screen. Click Action button that has replaced Info button. Limitations: you cannot put ToDo in front of another ToDo with earlier Due Date, no reordering inside "Due" section.
๏  Move ToDo between Tags. Simply activate Reorder feature and drag ToDo into another Tag section. Limitation: no moving to/from "Due" section.
๏  Dynamically change title for "Overdue, Today, On Horizon" section to reflect which entries are actually present there.
๏  Prepend ToDo title with Tag in "Due" section.
๏  Sort all Tag sections by Due Date.

Other improvements:

  1. ๏Fixed Inherited horizon problem: if child does not have a due date at all then it's own default Horizon should not be used.

  2. ๏Significantly improved scrolling performance on ToDo screen. This affects users with very long lists.

  3. ๏Reduced size of saved files, improved startup speed.



v1.3.18: App Badge


  1. ๏App Badge shows number of ToDos in "Overdue, Today, On Horizon" section

  2. ๏Badge value is updated only if Divide ToDo was launched at least once during the day.

  3. ๏Hint: Run Divide ToDo every morning.

  4. ๏Horizon is inherited by Sub-ToDos, but only if it's bigger.



v1.3.17: Due Dates support


๏  Every ToDo can have a Due Date and it's inherited by Sub-ToDos.
๏  New section "Overdue, Today, On Horizon" in To Do list:
   ๏  Overdue ToDos have Red icon with number of days past Due Date
.
  ๏  ToDos that are due today have Orange icon with number 0
  ๏  On Horizon ToDos have Green icon with number of days left until due date.
๏  Every ToDo can optionally specify a Horizon: how many days in advance to appear in that section.
    Hint: to reset back to default Horizon for a ToDo simply leave it blank.
๏  Default Horizon is one week (7 days) and is not configurable for now
.
๏  ToDo Stack screen shows Due Date for every ToDo. It helps understanding inherited Due Dates.
๏  Long ToDo titles are shown on two lines.
๏  Start-up screen makes it clear that app is still loading (to avoid uneasy feeling that all data is lost).
๏  Renamed green Done button into Complete to avoid confusion with other Done buttons.
๏  Renamed Drop button into Reject.

HEADS UP about next update:
๏  It will be customer feedback driven. We will implement the most requested features.
๏  It will only support iPhone OS 2.1. Please update in advance if you have not done so already.

๏  Reorder ToDos on ToDo Stack.
๏  Delete ToDo in the middle of ToDo Stack.
๏  Edit ToDo details (Title, Tag, Notes) from ToDo Stack.
